Where do I file my 1040 on TurboTax?
To preview your 1040:
- Sign in to TurboTax Online.
- Next, click the Take me to my return button.
- Click Tax Tools from the black menu to the left.
- Then, select Tools.
- In the black menu to the left, click on Preview my 1040 to view your form.
What to do if your tax return is not accepted by TurboTax?
The submission ID that you have can help them find your return if they don’t see it right away, but with the severe backlog that the IRS is facing it could take some time for them to find it and for things to show up so they can process it. TurboTax doesn’t have your refund.
How do I print my tax return in TurboTax?
In the upper menu of TurboTax program click File –> Print (or Command + P on the keyboard) The Print window will open. At the top of the box there is a drop-down menu, click on that. You get 3 choices, Choose “Returns for Filing.”
Do you need to file an amended tax return in TurboTax?

While the estimated payments are based on your 2016 tax return, you may adjust your income and deductions to properly reflect 2017 tax situation.
