How much does it cost to cancel TELUS contract?

If you cancel your service term you will be subject to a cancellation fee. The fee is $20 per month for each remaining month on your service term with a maximum of $400 and a minimum of $100.

Do I have to return TELUS modem?

You don’t need to return devices you purchased outright. Important: Please securely pack your return devices. Stuffing empty space with paper or other packing material to prevent damage to the equipment during transit. Once your box is packed, affix the TELUS-supplied return waybill to the box.

Can you return new phones?

Retail store returns You have 14 days to return a device purchased at a store. You can go to any T-Mobile store to return a device. A restocking fee may be charged for the return. Bring proof of purchase such as an emailed or printed receipt.
